Technical supervision-inspection of the construction, repair, installation, dismantling, demolition, reconstruction, restoration works is a continuous process carried out at the construction worksite starting from the date of commencing works by the contractor till the date of the acceptance for operating (commissioning). It serves to the compliance of the performed works with the acting technical regulations, technological solutions, economic indicators and work performance schedule.

Often, in the process of the construction works performance or at the construction works completion stage, the disputes arise between the customer (developer, investor, owner) and the contractor, dealing with the issues such as:

  • Unsatisfactory quality of the performed works;
  • Low quality of the materials and equipment used;
  • Uncompleted works and incomplete performing of the work scope;
  • Acts on performed works  containing overstated work scopes, duplicated works and extra charges, overstated costs for materials and machinery, etc.

As a result, the customer is forced to pay much more than initially planned. In addition, upon completion of the construction works, the hidden defects and negative results of incompliance with the construction technology requirements would show up within the worksite operation process.

Our organization conducts high quality and unbiased technical supervision-inspection of the construction worksite. Our specialists provide continuous monitoring of the construction process carried out by the contractor at the worksite, thus excluding the above listed undesirable outcomes.
