PROJECT INSPECTION

In order for the client (developer, investor, owner) to be sure that the project or part of the project meets the requirements of the normative-technical documents, the project must be evaluated and inspected.

Inspection of the construction project or it’s part includes:

  • Engineering-geological survey; 
  • Engineering-hydrological study;
  • Architectural design;
  • Structural design;
  • Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design (MEP); 
  • Power supply systems, low current systems, 
  • Water supply, drainage, sewerage; 
  • HVAC - Heating, ventilation, air conditioning; 
  • Fire Safety & Fire Prevention
  • Their technological parts
