PROJECT INSPECTION
In order for the client (developer, investor, owner) to be sure that the project or part of the project meets the requirements of the normative-technical documents, the project must be evaluated and inspected.
Inspection
of the construction project or it’s part includes:
- Engineering-geological survey;
- Engineering-hydrological study;
- Architectural design;
- Structural design;
- Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design (MEP);
- Power supply systems, low current systems,
- Water supply, drainage, sewerage;
- HVAC - Heating, ventilation, air conditioning;
- Fire Safety & Fire Prevention
- Their technological parts
